Christkindlmarkt at Germania Downriver

Modelling the St. Nikolaus attire is Bill Lett, flanked by Ruth Speer and Seamstress Lydia Anchell

Brownstown Germania will hold its 4th annual Christmas Market on November 19th from 10 a.m. until 5 p.m. at the Club House on 23156 King Road. Committee Chairpersons are Doris Kautz, Denise Lucas and Ruth Speer. Many crafts and gift items will be on display, as well as an Attic Treasures table and Bake Sale. Our special feature this year will be the Old World St. Nikolaus who will be handing out treats to all children attending the event. Our expert seamstress, Lydia Anchell, sewed St. Nik's beautiful outfit in forest green especially for this event. There will be continuous music to help you get into the Holiday Spirit. Lunch will be served from 11 a.m. until 2 p.m., and recipes are being checked out for Glühwein.

Table rentals may" still be available, please call Doris at 734-722-5141, or Denise at 734-284-2908 for more information.

There is no admission to the event, so come and join us for a day of shopping and fun for all.

Aufwiedersehen ~ Ruth Speer
